Why My Cellulite Story Will Shock You... And How After Struggling For What Felt like a lifetime, I Discovered A Cellulite Treatment That Literally Forced My Skin to Firm and Look Amazing

If you're considering cellulite exercises, garments or any other product/treatment to firm your skin, I'm extremely relieved that you've found my blog because not only will my story shock you, it'll almost certainly save your health, your money as well as a lot of time and heart ache.

I'll tell you exactly why over a 4 month period I tried but was forced to give up with cellulite exercises, skin tightening bands, cellulite diets and a range of other plans... and how I finally managed to get the soft and smooth skin I've always wanted with a unique system called 'Cellulean'.

My name is Jenny and like so many people, I spent months desperately trying to get rid of cellulite. I never used to have issue with it at all because I regularly swam, cycled and was generally very active. This means that my skin was usually very firm.

However, in January 2008, after being a work at home mum for so many years (with quite a lot of time on my hands!) I started working for a local charity. Even though I enjoyed it, the problem was I didn't have any time to keep myself anymore.

The Inevitable Started To Happen...

I slowly began to see cellulite developing on my lefts and due to lack of exercise and stress eating, It gradually got worst and things didn't get any better from there.

After a few months the work eased off slightly and I actually did have the chance to start swimming again, which I hoped would help me to firm my skin and remove all the cellulite, if not reduce it's appearance a little.. However, after trying on my old swim suit and standing in front of the mirror as a 'confidence test', what I discovered was horrific. I looked repulsive. My legs and things looked horrible. 'Leather Bag' I named myself! because after all, my legs looked like a leather bag.

That was the point when I realized I had to do something about it; and by means that avoided exercise at all costs! It Just didn't have the time for it anymore, but I wanted my sexy leg back ;)

I Tried Cellulite Pants & Failed...

At the time, Cellulite Pants was the 'in thing' to do and after speaking to three of my friends who had had moderate success with it, I decided to give it a go. They work by compressing the skin which is supposed to help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

At first it worked out reasonably well and I began to see a little improvement each week; and although that wasn't exactly something to get too excited about, at least it was a start. And any 'start' was good!

 

However, after a few weeks, things began to go downhill. One of the major issues was that I was so much time in the pants (trust me, they aren't the most stylish thing money can buy). If they were to have any benefit, I would to wear them 24/7 even when I was sleeping. Heck, during summer the heat was just unbearable.

In fact, I was sweating a lot which was becoming a problem, especially with my lovely husband lying next to me, he wasn't too happy :). This was the point where I realized I had to stop. 

I Then Tried Cellulite Exercises But Was Forced To Give It Up...

After only 14 days using Cellulite Exercises I began to feel stiff and sore presumably because of the high levels of exercise that I was doing. Even with no medical expertise at all, I recognized that my body was running into problems and for some reason the exercises were also causing terrible migraines. 

The most worrying thing of all though was that in the short time that I was following it, my legs hadn't looked any better. After getting a friendly warning from my doctor, and deciding that the pain and suffering I was experiencing wasn't worth it compared to the amount of cellulite I still had. I quit.

I then tried a range of celluliute diet plans such as the lemon detox and acai diet but because the suggested calorie intake was almost ridiculously low, I became incredibly weak and felt like I was going to fall over all the time. I soon realized that if I was actually going to get rid of cellulite and keep it off for any length of time, it just wasn't realistic.

Eventually, I found something that worked...

Thanks for reading my story, I hope it was helpfull to you. There are many reasons why I decided to share this story. However, the main reason is quite simple, I wanted to help others. This is because there is so much misinformation about cellulite treatments on the internet and I was hoping to make it a little clearer by sharing my experiences with what I still, to this day, believe to be the best cellulite treatment on the internet.

With that in mind, I hope you realize how amazing the feeling of soft and smooth skin really is. After all, it’s the main reason you’re going for answers to get rid of cellulite isn’t it? The confidence that arises from the look and feel of soft skin is just amazing, heck, I now have the confidence to go to the beach and wear skirts and other small clothes. In fact, I now feel confident enjoy to dress like a woman and not a man J

Sorry if this sounds like a ramble or like I’m trying to tell you too much stuff at once, I haven’t really thought this through, I’m just writing as things come to my mind. So as you can imagine there is a lot of rubbish that I’m trying to convey. Anyway let’s continue…

I was reading a news article the other day about cellulite on the CNN website which claimed that coffee could help one reduce the appearance of cellulite. Now I know what you’re thinking, this sounds like another silly little cellulite treatment that promises to help you get rid of cellulite and you are correct. Heck, the guys that made the product claim that it can help you reduce cellulite and they plan on selling over 200,000 units.

So what is it? I said it’s coffee right? Well yes it is, but not the coffee that you are thinking of, in fact, it’s not the coffee that you drink. The idea is that you wear tights, similar to the pants that I discussed previously, but these pants have a coffee capsules implanted in the fibres of the garment.

There not the same ones that I’ve used that’s for sure, but I wonder whether they actually smell like coffee. Heck imagine that, you go to work, walk passed your co-workers and all they can smell is the coffee from your cellulite treatment. Haha, it’s a funny thought isn’t it.

As I said, I’ve never actually tried these before, so I’d not too sure whether they actually work. Perhaps you could be the one to find out. The manufacturer aims to sell around 200,000 a years, so you can assume that he believes that they work. But, you can understand that I am somewhat sceptic about the use of coffee to get rid of cellulite, to me it just sounds silly.

According to this article by about whether you can beat cellulite, they claim that cellulite is a result of your mother. So ladies out there, if you have terrible legs, there is one things that you can do, go blame your mum. Because, according to this study it is a results of your DNA – that is why I suppose that all my friends have really soft and smooth skin and I had the ugly legs in the ground.

But this also confuses me, the simple reason is that my mother never, ever suffered from the effects of cellulite in her entire life. Or perhaps, she had some magical cellulite treatment that is better that all the other products on the market with can massive help you to get rid of cellulite the fast and easy way.

Either way, I’m really not to sure about why I have cellulite, or should I say, had cellulite. Thanks to the endless joys of cellulean I no longer have that problem.

That leads my onto something else that I was thinking about. The South Australian government has recently discussed something call Lyte Laser, which is a new type of laser based cellulite treatment that can help reduces it’s appearance. But be warned. It hurts. Not only your skin by your wallet.

It works by burning the skin to help reduce the appearance of the dimples and fat cells that make up the condition. As you can tell, anything that burns is going to hurt and you’ll be correct in that assumption. One of my close friends had the treatment, after which should could barely walkfor three days and here legs were as red as anything.

However, after the swelling had gone down the effects of the cellulite treatment looked fantastic. Heck, here legs were about as smooth as they were when she  was only a small girl. I was really impressed with the results that she achieved using the lye laser treatment.

Sadly though, it leads us onto the next problem – it cost a lot of money and by a lot of money I mean a lot of money. She had to spend something like $3,000 to undergo the cellulite treatment – the results were worth it – but if you don’t have that kind of money lying around it really isn’t a worth while option.

So in conclusion, there are many cellulite treatment currently on the market – regardless of the one you choice, I just hope that you get the results you are after because at the end of the day that is all that is important.

I know that I have rambled on a bit, but if you have managed to read through my rather badly written article this far, you really deserve a pat on the back. Because, well after all, this article wasn’t the best thing I’ve written in my entire life I merely wrote it as an idea to give you an understand of the cellulite treatments that are available.

But if you want to get rid of cellulite, you need to understand that there are many cellulite treatments available, ranging from lasers to coffee pants – which I admit does sound a little fun. But at the end of the day, it’s not what you look like on the outside it’s what you feel on the inside.

That being said, in writting this article, I was hopping to help others like me, others that were battling the effects of cellulite to over come this ugly condition. I mean, after all nobody likes going to the beach to show off legs that are covered in cellulite, do they?

The answer is obviously no, that is why I recommend the cellulite treatment of cellulean to everybody and when I mean everybody, I really mean everybody. It really works and I've never looked back. You have no idea how much confidence the use of cellulean on my legs and butt has given me, I can now go the beach and show off my skin without feeling like a freak.

The best part is that cellulean doesn't require a great deal of exercise, all you really need to do is change your diet, by cutting out all the bad fat and other nasty stuff. You will start seeign the results that you want within only a matter of months and with very little effort, that is why I strongly recommend that you use it.

Why use it as a cellulite treatment?

Furthermore, Cellulean has a massive leg-up on the competition because you can try the product for free. Other products, such as laser cellulite treatment can cost a lot of money, although, some may argue that it's better and therefore worth it, I disagree. This is because not everybody can afford these more expensive cellulite treatments and therefore they are not always a viable option for the avarage person.

You know what else, I'm also asked by men (in particular) my husband whether cellulean will work for him, do you know my answer? The answer is yes. Although, men don't always exhibit the signs of cullulite in their skin as much as women do. Cellulite is a condition that is more common among women, however, it does occur in some men but the effects are a lot less noticable due to muscle and hairs on the leg.

But the original question was does this cellulite treatment work for you? and my answer is you, is the same - of course it does. If you are one the rare men of this world that has cellulite on his legs, don't worry - this will work for you just as well has it works for women - this is because we both have the same skin and there is nothing to worry about.

So my question to you is simple, if you have cellulite why aren't you using cellulite? it really is a fantastic way to get rid of cellulite for good and it is really cheap (that is of course compared to other methods of cellulite reduction.) With that in mind, there are a few methods that people commonly use to get rid of the appearance of cellulite. These include the use of exercises, yes, that’s write there are certain exercises for cellulite that can help target the legs and other common places that cellulite will occur on your body.

One of the best ways to do cellulite exercises is with the use of cardio, after all cellulite is merely fat left under the skin, right? Well that’s why using exercises are so important to getting rid of that ugly skin conditions. The main idea is that you use exercises to help burn the fat that is underneath the skin, but burning this skin it will result in you reducing the appearance of cellulite on your body.

Does it work? The short answer is yes, this is because it does burn the fat, but it’s not really that successful, the reason for this is simple – some fat cannot be stop reduced. Let’s say for instance that you want to target cellulite on your legs, well unfortunately you cannot do this as your body cannot just randomly spot reduce fat. Instead, you will need to start by reducing your bodies entire fat content. Sometimes this is referred to as reducing your body fat percentage – by doing this it may help to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

If you refer back to the youtube video given above, you will clearly see the example of the woman that has exercises for years and is still having a lot of trouble getting rid of cellulite, she’s tried diet and exercise and you look carefully you will also see that she is quite slim – yet she still has cellulite? Well it should go without saying that exercises to reduce cellulite don’t really work. So what does work? Again you can try dieting – there are numerous diets on the market that can help reduce the appearance that cellulite offers – however, I would recommend that you stay away from them. In my experience, yes I have tried them, otherwise I wouldn’t be talking about them, they don’t actually work that well.

You see, you have the same problem with diets that you have with cellulite exercises, you just can’t spot reduce fat on your body. In addition to this you may also find these meals plans to be extremely low in calories and leave you feeling terrible. That means that you might not have the energy to do a full exercise routine. So that brings us back to the joy that common cellulite remedies have to offer – there are so many of them on the market – some good and others bad. On this blog I have tried to recommend what I consider to be the best cellulite treatment that money can buy.

How do I know it’s the best, well I’ve tried it and have had amazing success with it. Now I’m not saying that your results will be the same as mine, that will just not be try. This is because we are two complete different people and what had worked for me might not necessarily work as well for you. But keep in mind that a lot of my friends have used this treatment and have amazing results with it, so the chances that you will have some improvement are starting to look absolutely positive.

So why do you want to start using a cellulite treatment?

Well the answer to that is simple, you want to regain your confidence – after all a lot of people, in particular women lose their confidence when they get cellulite – you can’t wear the clothes that you normally would and you can’t start going to beach or doing anything fun. In fact, you might even say that having cellulite is no fun. That is why I recommend that you do something about, be pro active and make the change – getting rid of that ugly condition is really easy if you follow these simple rules. Diet, exercise and treatment.

Yes, I have made it sound while writing this article that you should keep away from exercise at all cost – maybe this wasn’t entirely true. Fat isn’t the end of the story, yes you need a treatment and everybody start with a top treatment like the one that I have recommended you to use. But it is not a magic cure Everybody must do exercise, I don’t mean start some radical new age boot camp at your local gym, rather start walking regularly or something else that is light exercise and you will start to see a noticeable difference.

The same can be said for diet, you don’t need a full change in your diet (unless of course you have a terrible diet) instead just watch what you eat and by watch I don’t mean watch it go down your throat instead just make some clever meal choices each and every day. Avoid foods that are high in fat and carbs and start eating more protein. In fact some studies have suggested that a diet which is high in protein can actually help to reduce the appearance of cellulite in some women.

Now I don’t know whether this is a result of the protein itself for the fact that protein naturally helps people to lose weight, but what I do know it that it works. Well the study has said that it works – so there is absolutely no reason why you should try it.

So to conclude – I know this article has been very long and lacked any sense of grammar or context or even made any sense at all. If you have managed to read the entire thing than you need one big pat on the bag – it really was just me rambling on. I will leave you with some parting words, make the change you won’t regret it.
